body weight workout

im 180 at 17% bodyfat, i have a herniated disc, this is why i stoped the gym and came to this training, since bodyweight exercises dont hurt me at all, and plus it'll be a change for my body, im gonna try to go to 10%bf and at least 170 lbs, if i do short interval cardio sessions between these days or after my workouts, like on rosstraining, stuff like burpees conditioning and whatever.
