body weight workout

How do you get on a normal exercise routine and learn to eat healthier? I graduated from high school 3 years ago, and since then, rarely exercise anymore. I go on hikes, occasionally lift weights and do crunches, but that's about it. Back in high school I played sports and my coaches gave me workout plans.

Try some well organized plan that starts you off slowly and gradually increases intensity as you improve. I think there's one online somewhere...

Seriously, are you looking for a plan or for motivation? Do it or don't. Get results or don't. You are in charge of your body.
