it says on the "How to get started" page:
Speed should not come from fast movements, but rather from less rest between exercises
i can understand this reasoning, especially on D1 and D3 and especially as you move higher up the lvl's.

but how does it apply to D2?

On D2 you don't count rest time between rounds and presumably (at least i do) you move straight from pull-ups to push-ups and again straight from push-ups to squats, without taking a break in between the different exercises.

surely your time will only get better from doing faster movements?
