I am just about to start this up, my pull up bar is on it's way to my house as we speak.
I was wondering if there were any guidelines of where to start? I'm about 5' 9", 160 pounds, so not really in shape. I'm looking to lose weight and build strength (isn't everyone?) but have no idea which level to start off with. I run 3 miles 2-3 times per week and do arm free-weight exercises a few days a week as well, but was looking for something with a little more structure.
