Cardio Workout

I usually do 3 days of weights, and 2 days of elliptical for 45 minutes. So if I do 3 days of your workout on M, W & F, do you see any problem doing my 45 minute elliptical sessions on T & TH?

Try and see how it goes, just listen two your body.

It essentially boils down to tabata and epoc ... t=Abstract ... t=Abstract

Let me know what you think, it may be to much for off days
