When I started simplefit an unassisted pull-up was impossible so I purchased a set of pull-up bands from Iron Woody. I have been using the middle elastic from level one but am wondering where to go from here. Last Friday I scored a 6 minute Day 3 for level 5...if I hit 5 minutes would it be better to go to level 6 with the middle elastic (more assistance) or drop back down a few levels and use the small elastic (less assistance)?
Originally I did think that I would go all the way with the middle elastic but am wondering about putting that work into the push-ups and squats only to repeat it with the smaller elastic. I do not think that I am ready to go without the elastics.
