I started simple fit for the first time on Level 6. I'm wondering if I should go down to level 5.
Day 1 was 12 rounds in 20 mins
Day 2 I struggled a bit, at round 3 my arms gave up at the pushups section but I kept going. After resting for a little bit I came back on track.I got a headache and felt like puking after the workout. Could be lack of sleep and no enough sugar. Work has been crazy recently.
