First day at Level 1 Day 1. I used a heart rate monitor which also calculates calories burned and average heart rate. I did 26 rounds, burned 353 calories and had an average heart rate of 160 bpm.

I used the #5 Iron Woody band for the pull up assist. I moderated my workout to keep my HR at some reasonable level (<190 BPM).

It is an interesting workout. I took it easy and my heart rate was right up there. And >350 calories for 20 minutes of work is pretty good, not to mention the post workout burn effect as my muscle mass increases. I'm curious to find out what Wednesday will be like.

Nice work!

Wednesday is pretty cool more about strength then Monday (endurance) remember to rest 3 min between rounds on the Wednesday workout.
