hi, i just started to follow this excercise plan, it's cool to do, but a squat ? i dont really get that, just pretend like sitting down ? i would like to know more of how to do that, the movie doesnt give me a clear view of how to do it!
and is it good to change the pull ups into sit ups cause i've started at level 3 (i started yesterday) cause that seemed realistic for me to start with but i dont have any kind of thing to hang on here in my room, cant find a think to pull me up to, so i changed those in like 10 sit ups cause those aren't very hard is that ok ?
could you give me a good replacement for pull ups and maybe also on for squats but i dont bother doing them, i just dont know how to do them, it felt prety good how i did it, standing in such a position is like getting prety heavy after 5 sec.

88 kilogram, but thats not to fat cause of my size :)!
so if youcan give me some info or tips that would be nice, cause :) i would like to get a huge condition and :) a bit more muscles :)
when i was 12 i could do 40 push ups but now its 30 after 1,5 week of training :) i started at 20 and now its 30 :) so i can reach the 40 too i guess :)
