Proper way to measure length of workout

Can someone inform on the proper way to time the workout? I'm assuming that you're not counting rest between sets? Thanks!

I assume you're talking about Day 2?

See how quickly you can complete each of the 5 rounds, resting approximately 3 minutes between each round. Do not count the rest time in your total time.

Dang it.. I've always had problems reading the instructions. :(

I may give this a try. I'm looking at some other bodyweight programs. Never done a bodyweight style circuit before. Very interesting.
