Since I can only get to the gym at work on Mon, Wed, Fri and today is Wed I started with a Level 4 Day 2 and did it in 6:14 but it took me a good 10-15 mins to recover. So I think I'm starting at the right level. Hopfully by time I widdle that down to 5 mins my recovery time has improved, man I thought the squats wouldnt be the hardest part. That kicked my butt.
