I've had the most success in the past with the pattern of a two part work-out: 1-2 strength moves followed by a met-con.
In light of that I'd like to do simple fit as is with ONE strength/skill move before the work-out.
What would be some good moves for this?
My first thought was hand-stand progressing to HSPU, however when I tried to come up with a corressponding pull the only thing I can think of is a pull-up which is already in the workout.
