Today i started running again.
I didn't run in more than six months (rainy winter...) but the start wasn't that bad, 4km on the hills (ok, for professional runners maybe it sucks, but for starters i've done a lot worse :P)
The question is, i'll try to do 3 days of running and 3 days of SF. I did something similar before and i can handle it without problems.
But i'm willing to try also the onehundredpushups.com (i read about it on captain's log and liked it) because i'm willing to do more consecutive pushups too.
I think this sure will be too much and i'll have to wait for the pushups, what do you think?
