When do you know?

Hi all,

I have been doing SimpleFit for a few days but have a few questions.

Even when I can do D3 under the time allotment, should I move on to the next level even if I still use a chair to help with pull-ups, or should I master the pull-up before moving on?

Same question with the push-ups. Sometimes I can get them in on my toes, but sometimes I resort to my knees.

Any advice is very appreciated!

Not sure about the push-ups, but I'd move to the next level once you can do the pull-ups without substitution.

not sure about the push-ups though either, but as far as i know you can progress to a next lvl even if you do sub pull-ups.

Don't go on to the next level unless you do 10 full pullups and 21 full pushups, after that increase a level thats how you make progress, not doing partial pullups the whole way

i suppose it boils down to personal choice - although the program allows to progress using subs, i personally won't. as stephen said, real progress will only be achieved doing the "real thing".
