Am I doing these workouts wrong?

I have been including my rest in my over all time, resting just long enough to be able to do more. I seen some post their rest times seperate and admin say rest for 3 mins... isnt it important to keep heartrate up and push it out or am I wrong? Former military so use to that type of training.

Day 2 is meant to be done with 3-minute rests between the rounds. On the other days you go as hard and fast as you can (or think is good for you).

So when day 2 says for time it means for time minus the 3 minutes between rounds?

Are you sure? It seems you would include rest times in overall workout times?????

You can if you want but generally it is just the time you are doing actual work.
