Which level to start?

Looking for a suggestion here. I am almost 55 (march 9) and can do 13 pullups straight before resting for a few seconds. I have done this before and got to level 8, but have been a couch potato for a few months. I did level 3 last week and did D1 60 rounds....D2? Ihave to look can't remember, but D3 I did in 1:34.

Question is : What level do you think I should start back at? Thanks for your help.

With those numbers, I'd put you at Level 6 or 7. Why not start at L6, if you beat it after one cycle, it'll only have been one week where you weren't at the "right" level.

L6 it is then. thanks a lot for the quick response. I will see how Friday goes, but even if I do well it is only 7 and 8 to go so...Woo Hoo!!
