How to classify SimpleFit?

Hi,

I'm starting an exercise journal to record calories burnt. How would you classify SimpleFit? Would it be similar to circuit training? Or should I input individual exercises and their times, eg. Pullup's 5 mins? Its not that easy to estimate individual exercise times!
