Move up or not?

I guess I'm a bit foggy on Day 2.

Did Level 6 this week.

Day 1 knocked off 25 rounds and I don't see being able to do more than that.

Day 2 worked through all the exercises in each of the five circuits without rest, but took 3 minutes between each circuit. I don't think I can improve the speed of each individual circuit much unless I start sacrificing form which I don't want to do.

Did day 3 in 9 minutes, but might be able to knock maybe 30 seconds or so off of that.

So I'm wondering if I should do Level 6 again and take less than the full 3 minutes between circuits (which I'm not sure if you're allowed to do or not), and try to knock a little time off of Day 3, or just move on to Level 7, which is a fairly big jump up. I'm sure I'm going to need to stay on 7 for awhile.

The time to move up is when you can beat day 3 in less than 5 minutes.

Based on what you wrote, you should repeat level 6.

That would impressive. I can't really see doing 32 pull ups, 64 push ups and 64 squats in under 300 seconds. At 1 second up and 1 second down, even if you could do 1 continuous set of 32 pull ups, immediately followed by 1 continuous set of 64 push ups, immediately followed by a continuous set of 64 squats it would take at least 320 seconds. It would also make Level 7 and 8 pretty much physically impossible. I appreciate the input though.

Level 6 is beatable with good form. Neither a pull-up nor a push up needs to take 1 second each way.
Level 7 and 8 are probably not beatable with good form by ordinary people.

I made it to Level 8, but I did it with some pretty lousy form. I am now back at Level 5, working my way back up with good form.

It makes no sense to me to risk injury by rushing through the exercises, so I guess I'll just do things my way and move up when Day 1 and Day 2 become too easy. Thanks.
