body weight workout
Im starting out on level 1 and i can do 1 or 2 pullups just fine. Though on day 3, i cant do 10 pullups! Any advice on what to do on day 3?

Do 1 or 2 pullups, rest, do another 1 or 2 pullups, repeat until you get the 10. Then move onto the pushups.
