body weight workout

I looked up this book I remembered from my teen years, I had checked it out from my local library when i was looking into joining after high school. It's called the marine corps 3x fitness program. the reason i bring it up is that it contains alot of good info, but mostly great ways to mod. push-up and pull/chin ups for different levels of ability. interested check it out, i bought on amazon for like a $1.
