Running and simplefit?

I'm running three times a week and so I'm wondering if it's healthy to continue this when starting with simplefit. And if it's ok, should I run before or after my simplefit workout? Thank you.

I think they are very complementary. I also run about three times per week, although probably only once per week overlapping with simplefit.

When I run first, my simplefit times go up (especially the squats, of course). When I do simplefit first the running times go up.

I usually do simplefit first. D2 and D3 don't have as much of an impact on my running.

Ok, thank you for your response. I'll just continue my running and schedule simplefit before doing it.
