I have a pair of Elite rings. They are a great tool.
One caution for the heavier folks: This may only be specific to me but, doing dips on the rings really irritated my right rotator cuff. My advice is to start slow with the rings until your body adapts to the excercises.
As Tyler Hass says on the site, "Any engineer will tell you that a structure will always fail at its weakest point. The Elite Rings can move anywhere, but they always move towards where you are weakest." Start slow to avoid an over use injury.
