New with a Question!

Hello guys, I'm 14 years old and I wish to start this program. I moved to America about a month ago and I think it's time to get in shape.
I'm about 5 feet 10 inches AND 101.4 Lbs. So I'm quite light for my age and I'm quite skinny. So the thing is, Since I'm only 14 and living on rent, It's not possible for me to buy a pull up bar, I also don't have any bar's at home that would allow me to do a body-row. Thus I cant do Pull ups NOR body rows and it really sucks since Pull-ups are really good for the arms.
So my question is , What can I replace pull ups with that work my arms as much as a pull up does? It's like the most important component and I don't want to miss out on it's benefits, But I also can't do the thing itself. Anyone know any alternatives?

EDIT: I also don't have any dumbells at home, No equipments at all and a gym is totally out of my area.

you can put a towel around a door knob or just go outside and use a play structure or a tree.
