I just stumbled across this site as I was surfing. I've been weighing options on how to specifically attack
increase my capabilities with Pull ups and Push ups.
Please tell me if I understand this correctly - on one of the bodyweight routine pages it says
'if you are talking more than 30 minutes, or less then 5 minutes,change level..."
Does this mean If I were to start with level 2, I'd stay with it until my day 2 and 3 work outs were less than 5 minutes ?
I just didn't any other clear indication of what drives you to a next level.
