Hi, I've been on the Simplefit routine for a couple of months now and managed to get to L6 with towel vertical rows. With this new year, I decided to move up on it and start doing L1 with normal bodyrows. During my first 6 levels I used to do D3 in parts, for example: If I had to do 48 towels rows, I split them in 16x3; or if I had to do 32 push ups, I made 16x2 (sit ups were never a problem). And thus, I managed to move on level after level.
My question now is, was this the proper way? Or did I had to do the whole 48 in a single pull, then the 32 on a single pull?
