Progression question

Quick question because I haven't turned this info up in a search. I'm about to start L1 and it will probably be pretty easy. How do I know when to progress?

From the BodyWeight exercises page:
"If the workouts take longer than 30 minutes or less than 5 minutes, decrease or increase your level, respectively"

I think you're supposed to use D3 as the judge.

I saw that, but didn't realize it was the signifier to change levels. Thanks!
