Best time for workout?

Hi guys,

i´m new here and have a question that has probably been answered a few times, but i couldn´t find anything with the search function.

When is the best time to do the excercise? In the morning, in the evening, before or after meals or doesn´t it matter?

Whatever time best fits in your schedule and ensures that you will be consistent and not miss workouts.

I agree with KTG on this: while you might feel more comfortable doing it in the morning or late afternoon, the most important thing is finding a time which allows you to constantly keep doing the program. It's of no use doing it just after waking up if every other day you'll have to stop doing the routine due to this and that.

Hi, I am in Level 5 now, which is quite awesome to me. I would like to build some more muscles, so I was thinking about putting 10kg (22lbs) into a backpack and carry this while doing all the exercises, at Level 1. Right now I weigh 70kg (154lbs), and did L5D3 in 8 1/2 minutes.....
