Do you do all the prescribed reps of one exercise before moving onto the next exercise? Example... If I am supposed to do 20 pullups and am able to 10 at first, rest until I can do maybe 5 more, rest and then 3, and then the last 2? Then move onto pushups> Hope that makes sense.
