What level should I start at?

I started simple fit for the first time on Level 6. I'm wondering if I should go down to level 5.


Day 1 was 12 rounds in 20 mins


Day 2 I struggled a bit, at round 3 my arms gave up at the pushups section but I kept going. After resting for a little bit I came back on track.I got a headache and felt like puking after the workout. Could be lack of sleep and no enough sugar. Work has been crazy recently.

Round 1 1:36
Round 2 1:45
Round 3 2:28
Round 4 1:51
Round 5 1:55

I would definitely move down, at least a level, maybe more. If you start at the exact perfect level, it might be a long time before you move up. If you start a little lower you will get the good feeling of moving up, and may be more likely to stick with it.
