I searched the forums for some suggestions, but couldn't find anything so decided to post. I am looking to transition to an intermediate level, or at the very least mix up basic level workouts with intermediate and the main thing is finding an alternative for inverted pull ups. I don't have rings nor will be able to access them at a local gym etc, any suggestions? Or maybe a more simple exercise that will help build toward doing them later? For example with handstand push ups: pike push up -> assisted wall push ups -> handstand push ups.
