One month training plan for advanced members

For advanced members interested here is a one month cycle:

do week 1
then week 2
then week 3
then do a real mellow week of your choice (monthly active rest)
then start on week 1 again.
throw the tabata stuff in once in a while for pain.. I mean fun.

Week 1 http://www.simplefit.org/workout.html
week 2 http://www.simplefit.org/workout2.html
week 3 http://www.simplefit.org/workout3.html
week 4 any of the above at reduced level
tabata http://www.simplefit.org/tabata.html

The 1 leg squats do both legs right? so if it says 5x6reps, do 6 reps one leg then 6 the other?
