How often do you stretch?

I've decided to include a dedicated stretching routine into my training. I already stretch a little before doing my workout to help prevent injury, but now I'd like to do a stretching-only routine to increase my flexibility. If you follow a stretching routine how often do you do it and how long do you stretch for? I was thinking of doing it on my off days.

Hi,

I stretch every day. I don't consider my workout to be finished until I have.
In fact I don't write in my workout log until I am done with stretching.

I use a PNF routine that easily takes me longer than the actual workout !

I stretch after every work out, and on rest days I do a little yoga.
I never stretch before a work out as Ive read many studies showing that stretching lowers strength and has little effect on injury prevention.
