Wow, a set of rings from arrived to my desk today, of course I couldn't wait to get them set up.

Oh man, these things are HARD. The simplest looking things turn out to be manic - things like the basic Support. Oh good grief - I've seen little kids do this with ease, but I turn into a shuddering wreck in moments.

I can already feel them doing me good :D

Now I understand why people have been recommending them! I'm going to have years of fun with these puppies. :)

I do all my push ups, pull ups, and dips on them best equipment ever.
They let you arms rotate naturally and develop all the stabilizer muscles.

try l-sits on them as well

I bought a pair of those pretty nice but the diameter is to small :(

Better off buying the ring training rings or making the pvc rings like Andy made. I dropped the cache for the ring training rings and have never regretted it. Tyler (the guy who makes them ) is a fellow crossfiter and he did a nice job with them easy to adjust quality product.
