Just a quick question,Im on level 5 this week and as I have stated earlier running is to my fitness.I have been finding that my legs are feeling really tired on my runs.For example today I did my really easy 10km run and I felt like I was going really fast.
I dont want to sound wimpy but should I drop doing the squats all togther.I really enjoy this program and I dont want to give it up
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
p.s. I can do the squats no problem without rest
