I am currently trying to shed some pounds as well as gain some muscle. I have been lifting for about 5 years off and on. I absolutely love lifting weights and have no intention of stopping. My question is can I incorporate simplefit into my daily routine as a second exercise,rest day stuff or on days where I cant make it to the gym. I love the results I get lifting but I am also looking for a general fitness program to add.
