I think I am fast approaching a level change from L1 to L2. I still wait for the pullups to feel a little more comfortable.
I am now due a rest week. So I am going to go up to level 3 and sub everything. I'll do light pushups on the stairs, only bodyrows without being too steep, some sort of lunge combination for the squats. Keep it light but check out the future workout.
Just an idea I had for those of us who can't go down a level or two for active rest. Thought I'd share it.
