Okay, the hell with it,
I'm gonna try it today (if it isnt raining) instead of my L4D1.
I'll try for 20 minutes max. I'll probably get maybe 5 before I pass out heh. If it gets really tough I'll just stop at 5 which is what it looks like I'll be doing if it's as bad as you say.
My guess is it will become very anaerobic and hit threshold fast. So maybe as a benchmark it would be max reps before you have to rest?
Then I will probably slow down very quickly resting a lot, sipping my beer, eating ribs... etc. Oh wait... wrong fantasy... Nevermind. :oops:
I'll just go for broke and see what happens. I'd like to record it but Im not set up just yet for that.
Gonna have to get my son to count it cause I just dont think I'll be able to keep track.
