Day 2 Mistake

I haven't been resting between the rounds on my Day 2's.

I wondered why this seemed tougher than Day 3.

I guess I am training endurance in that regard, correct?

If my muscles can reset under 3 minutes does that mean I need to be up a level?

I guess I should start from the beginning and read the directions a little closer. :)

"I guess I am training endurance in that regard, correct?"

Day 3 is about strength/strength endurance since all of each movement needs to be completed before going to the next.

"If my muscles can reset under 3 minutes does that mean I need to be up a level?"

Progress when you feel ready the time is just a guideline.

Cheers!

Let day 3 determine when you move up a level.

If you can do it with less rest, that's great, but I'd take 3 minutes anyway. Also, I'd recommend slowing down the moves. Make each pull-up, squat, and push-up longer. This will really encourage day 2 as a strength training day.
