Score = 14

14, 16, 16, 16, 15, 15, 14, 14

Harder than I though! I think 16 is pretty much the fastest I can go...started tiring out at the end.

After L2:D3, rested 10 minutes and tried this... (mind you, before a 2 mile walk to get home)... yeah, first and last tabata. jesus.
19,19,12,10,10,10,10,10 - 10 rounds
I figured, no sense going over the previous round's score if it won't count... if I tried I may not have been able to finish.

I think the trick for speed with squats is to use your arms to pump a little and give you some momentum. Kinda like if you were doing a high jump without leaving the floor. Moving the arms also helps with balance. There is a video on crossfit that explains it. http://media.crossfit.com/cf-video/Cros ... Squats.wmv
Looks strange at first, but when you think about it, it makes sense.

funny... often i put my hands on my head to isolate my legs. And to entertain myself. It's pretty funny looking.

I gave this challenge a shot in the bathroom, just before showering. It was a very tough 4 minutes. I managed 18 my first set and it was all down-hill from there. Final score was 13.

Tabata's are right up there with burpees.. don't do them right after eating.

19-18-17-16-15-15-15-14

This is from Friday. I've been practicing the challenge before that but never got up through 8 rounds until Friday. Not that I couldn't, I just couldn't remember how many rounds were in the challenge.
