The last couple sets (especially the last one) were close, as I was beginning to feel muscle failure. They were all 25 because I couldn't go any faster! I'm a little startled at the consistency though.

One of the muscles on my left quadricep cramped up a couple minutes after I finished, and the muscles as a whole are pretty gimped. Walking down stairs afterwards felt soooo funny. I wanted to do some pull ups and push ups to go with it, but I was just way too tired to continue.

So though starting out strong, I ended with a score of 15. I think you're record will be safe for a while.

P.S. both my thighs feel like they're going to cramp any minute.

I don't even know how you guys can get 25 reps in 20 seconds. I tried yesterday to go as fast I could and I barely made 20 (beeped when at the bottom).

I finished up with a score of 16, something like 20, 19, 19, 17, 16, 16, 16, 16.

I can see working towards getting a 20 score but I honestly can't imagine myself going any faster.

Basically I just tried moving both up and down at fast as I could. Also someone mentioned swinging your arms to maintain balance; I'd highly recommend this.
