Any suggestions for an efficient ab routine?

I do planks when I watch TV. I also do l-hangs for a few rounds of pullups for most WO's.

Exercise suggestions from my post to iblumenfeld's log earlier:

V-up, and the superman

A decent ab routine should be 4-6 exercises, where the first two should be low-rep, demanding or difficult exercises, whilst the final two to four should be high-repetition, "easier" exercises. (Yes, I've been reading Ross Enamait)

I leave it up to you to figure out what is demanding and what is easy :-)
