Training on off days?

Hi everyone! I've been following the simple-fit program since the end of the rugby season and have been loving it! So simple and no-one can argue with the results!

My question to you all is:
What training do you recommend for days where there is no scheduled simplefit workout?

Many people do some cardio such as walking, running, or biking.

I agree with ucf, throw in some cardio and some stretching, this way you'll be covering all the fitness angles: strength, cardio, and flexibility.
