The advanced workout plan includes dips:

But if you wanted to sub dips for push-ups in the basic workout, I would figure out how many push-ups I could do in a row, then figure out how many dips I could do in a row and use that ratio. For example, if I could do 30 push-ups in a row and 15 full body dips in a row, I'd use half as many dips as push-ups.
