Another newbie question...

Have just started looking at the program and am curious about the Day 3 workouts "for time" in the early levels.

The Day 2 workouts are done in "rounds." Is the Day 3 workout not to be done in any type of "round" format? For example, you do the exercises in order/volume until complete? So do the 10 pullups first, then the 21 pushups and 21 squats, in that precise order?

Yes - in that order. You can break the sets as needed. For D3 count the rest time as part of your total.

You asked in another post about subs for pullups. The general consensus is 3:1 bodyrows:pullups. I just got a band for band assisted as well and am using it as an intermediate step down from pullups. I do real until I have to go to band assisted and then to bodyrows.
