I was wondering how I could include it in the basic workout (Pull-ups, push-ups and squats). Would it be a good idea to include it as a fourth exercise / round ? If so how many should I do per level ? Other suggestions ?
I tought maybe I should have a separate routine for the abs ... Planks +L-hangs + Abs wheel ? Need some advice here
