Evil Wheel ? Ab workout

I wanted to know what you're talking about with that Evil Wheel ? Is it the wheel used for abs ? This is what I have at home ... m_sg_img_3

I was wondering how I could include it in the basic workout (Pull-ups, push-ups and squats). Would it be a good idea to include it as a fourth exercise / round ? If so how many should I do per level ? Other suggestions ?
I tought maybe I should have a separate routine for the abs ... Planks +L-hangs + Abs wheel ? Need some advice here

I love this thing, and be danged if I didn't leave it in one of my hotel rooms.

I highly recommend the EW as a supplement to your core workout. It's really effective, even at the lower (knee) levels and completely scalable to your level of fitness.
