My diet hasn't changed that much since starting crossfit.
I watch portion size, most of the time.
I eat less carbs, but have definitely not eliminated them. Bread is rare, but I still eat oatmeal every morning and pasta 1-5x per week.
When the option is there, I take a good serving of protein and vegetables and skip the carbs, but, as I said, the changes have been gradual.
I work out an hour or two after dinner, after the kids are in bed, usually around 20:00. Morning workouts aren't really an option because I already get up at 6:00 to get my son ready for the schoolbus, which comes at 7:25.
Also, my wife, with whom I work out, is not a real morning person.
I am not too concerned about being on a plateau. Just a bit frustrated. I know if I keep at it I will make progress. It is not as if I am overtraining.
