A whole roast chicken can go pretty far. I try to make one on Sunday night (except when it is super hot out)... then I buy it made from my fave butcher.
Take a whole chicken.
Pre-heat oven to 350ish
Stuff chicken with onions, some orange (no peels), garlic and ginger.
Put on a rack in a pan and stick in oven for an hour or so.
