Im new to this site,and I have been asking lots of questions.My main workouts are running,but I want to be able to do the 3 workouts a week on thsi site.The problem I have is with the diet,I find things like this hard because they are high in protein and the carbs are limited I run out of energy quickly on my runs.My average weekly milage can range from anywere between 30-60 miles a week depending on my training.

Eat according to your carb requirements the nutritional guidelines are geared for short intense workouts not lsd. So adjust for whatever works for you.
