New here but have been IFing for a few years.
I started out eating my first meal at noon then my last at supper, with a snack between.
Now I workout at noon and chase that with a shake. Then a Greens + at 3pm. Lastly a Massive supper!
Works great, easy to do, more energy and concentration through the day.
No sugar all week except for a dessert after supper on Sunday.
