freezable recipes

Hi all,

Any suggestions for good recipes that can be made ahead and frozen in single serving sizes without them tasting like crap upon reheating?

I make a lot of chili now and freeze it in the small "disposable" tupperware type containers you can buy, but I'm getting kind of burned out on chili, especially now that I've tried to keep all the grain ingredients out of it ... no longer as thick as I like.

Do cooked eggs freeze and reheat ok?

you can take a ziplock bag, put your eggs and whatever else you want in the bag. freeze. when ready to have, toss in a pot of boiling water to make an omlette or you can just cook an egg in a bowl in a microwave also if you want quickness
